Why brands choose Borderless for Europe

Europe adds complexity across markets, languages, feeds, and reporting. Borderless is built around that reality.

Built for Europe

Markets, languages, currencies, feeds, and reporting are considered from the start.

Localisation that sells

Campaigns and product data are adapted to how buyers search in each market.

The layers connect

Google Ads, feeds, Merchant Center, tracking, and reporting stay aligned as Europe grows.

Together, these create a European setup that launches well, scales cleanly, and stays easy to steer.

The support you need changes as Europe grows

European growth changes shape as it moves from first launch to wider rollout, so the right support depends on what Europe needs next.

  • Get clarity on what Europe needs next
  • See where structure, visibility, or reporting are limiting growth
  • Prioritise the right support before more complexity builds

Move beyond early campaigns

Structured Google Ads management for ecommerce brands that need stronger setup, cleaner signals, and room to scale.

What Keeps Your Ads in Europe Visible, Relevant, And Easier To Steer

Borderless keeps demand capture, catalogue visibility, and cross-market control aligned across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and display retargeting as Europe grows.

Capture Local Demand

We build Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and display retargeting around how local demand actually shows up. That keeps campaigns from going live as translated carryovers and gives each market cleaner room to learn.

  • Research local keywords and search terms
  • Build Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
  • Add Demand Gen, YouTube, and retargeting
  • Refine ad copy and negative keywords

You get a channel mix shaped by real in-market demand, not just by what was easiest to duplicate.

Strengthen Catalogue Visibility

We treat feed work as performance work, not admin. That means strengthening the product data and Merchant Center inputs behind Shopping and Performance Max so more of the catalogue can surface, match, and stay visible across countries.

  • Localise feeds and set up country feeds
  • Optimise product titles, attributes, categories, and variants
  • Resolve Merchant Center diagnostics and disapprovals
  • Align price, stock, shipping, and tax

More of the catalogue becomes easier for Google to understand, approve, and match to demand.

Keep Europe Steerable

We tighten the tracking, targeting, reporting, and budget governance underneath the account so Europe stays easier to compare and steer as it grows. That keeps launches cleaner, budget shifts better grounded, and market decisions easier to trust.

  • QA conversion tracking and attribution
  • Set geo, language, and market sequencing
  • Build reporting logic and cross-market reporting
  • Audit accounts and launch readiness

You get cleaner decisions, stronger control, and a programme that stays easier to steer.

The operating layer behind better European growth

When these pieces connect, launches are cleaner, Shopping visibility improves, and budget decisions get easier.

Account structure

Shared country and campaign logic keeps expansion easier to manage and compare.

Local demand capture

Search terms and product language should match how people actually search in each market.

Catalogue visibility

Stronger product data helps more SKUs surface in Shopping and Performance Max.

Merchant Center control

Stable approvals and clean settings protect visibility as markets and feeds grow.

Measurement you trust

Reliable tracking gives automation better inputs and teams better confidence.

Reporting you can compare

Clear reporting logic helps budget move toward the right markets faster.

Better European performance usually starts below the campaigns, in the operating layer that makes results easier to trust, compare, and steer.

Common questions before you get in touch

Do you only work with ecommerce brands?

Yes. Borderless is built for ecommerce and retail, especially where catalogues, Shopping, Performance Max, feeds, and Merchant Center are part of the growth picture. That specialist focus is deliberate and usually more useful than a general Google Ads service.

We sell into Europe from outside Europe. Are we still a fit?

Yes, often. What matters most is not where the head office sits, but whether Europe is part of the growth plan and Google Ads complexity is multiplying across countries, languages, feeds, and reporting. If that is the challenge, Borderless is still relevant.

We know Europe matters, but not which service fits. Can you help us work that out?

Yes. Many teams know they have a European growth issue without yet knowing whether the next step is a launch, rollout, rebuild, or feed review. The first conversation is there to separate those paths before any delivery starts.

Do you only handle Google Ads, or also feeds, Merchant Center, tracking, and localisation?

We handle the layers underneath and around Google Ads when they materially affect performance. That can include Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, retargeting, feeds, Merchant Center, tracking, reporting logic, and local-language execution where they shape outcomes. If you need a broad full-service agency across every marketing channel, that is a different kind of partner.

Can you work with our existing account and in-house team?

Usually, yes. Borderless can work inside an existing Google Ads account, alongside in-house ecommerce or performance teams, and around current tools where they are still fit for purpose. If the setup needs structural changes first, we will say so clearly.

What happens in the first conversation?

It is a practical conversation about what is live, what is planned, and where complexity is starting to build. We look at the European setup, the likely blockers, and the decision you are really trying to make. The goal is clarity on the next move, not a forced sales process.

How much does it cost to work with Borderless?

Simple one-market management with a smaller budget can start from €500 per month. From there, pricing scales with ad spend, catalogue size, product feeds, and setup complexity. The fastest way to see a relevant estimate is to use . If you need one-off launch, rebuild, feed, or advisory work, we can scope that after a quick discovery call.

How does monthly management pricing work?

The estimate is built around the things that usually change the workload: ad budget, catalogue size, number of product feeds, and how complex the setup is across markets and languages. Ad spend is paid directly to Google; the Borderless fee is for management. Use if you want the sliders to show how those inputs affect your estimate.

Is the Get a Quote result a final price?

No. It is a practical estimate so you know what to expect before we talk. The final quote can change if discovery shows extra work around access, market structure, feeds, tracking, or one-off projects. For example, the same product in three language or country feeds may need to be managed three times.

Can we start with a one-off project before committing to ongoing management?

Yes. Many brands start with an audit, launch plan, feed review, or focused fix before moving into ongoing management. If you continue into management after a paid audit, the full audit fee is credited against future management invoices from month 4 after 3 full months of management. For non-standard project pricing, use and we can talk through the right scope.

What is included in the audit?

The drawer recommends the right audit level for your setup: Core Audit at €500, Growth Audit at €850, Portfolio Audit at €1,400, or custom for larger accounts. The audit reviews the account, feed and Merchant Center, tracking, reporting, and next steps at the right depth for the setup, then ends with written findings and a review call.

How does the management commitment work?

One-off work has no ongoing commitment. Ongoing management is month-to-month, and you can end the relationship with one month’s notice. We do ask new management clients to give the work at least three full months, because meaningful changes need time to be implemented, settle, and produce useful signal. As a thank-you for that trust, the audit credit starts from month 4, and new clients can get a 15% discount on management fees by prepaying the first three months. The discount does not apply to ad spend or audit fees.

How much ad spend do we need for Google Ads to be worth it?

There is no fixed minimum, but the budget needs to match the goal. A smaller test budget can still make sense if the offer is strong and the market is focused, but bigger growth goals need enough spend to produce useful learning. If the budget is too light for full management to be the best option, we will usually suggest an audit, advisory engagement, or a smaller project instead.

Do you take over from existing agencies or mixed country setups?

Yes, quite often. Sometimes one agency has been running everything; sometimes different agencies, freelancers, or local teams have managed different countries over time and the result is inconsistent structure, reporting, and performance. That is exactly the sort of situation where an outside diagnosis is useful, because the job is not just to optimise campaigns but to restore coherence.

Do we keep access to our Google Ads account, Merchant Center, and data?

Yes. We are happy to work within accounts you already own and keep your team fully informed. Direct access matters because it keeps responsibility clear, makes handover simpler if priorities change, and avoids the kind of setup where the account only makes sense to the person managing it.

What does reporting look like?

It depends on the scope, but the reporting should make Europe easier to compare and steer. That usually means clear visibility by market, channel, spend, feed or Merchant Center health where relevant, and enough context to show whether an issue is demand, structure, or data-related. The aim is fewer ambiguous dashboards and better decisions.

How quickly can you start, and how soon can changes go live?

Usually quite quickly once scope and access are clear. Smaller fixes can begin within days, and if there is obvious wasted spend or a clear setup error, improvement can be immediate. Larger launches, rebuilds, or rollout projects need more planning and QA before anything goes live, and should be judged over a more meaningful period than the first week.

Can you still help if Europe is already live but the setup feels messy?

Yes. Borderless is not only for first launches. It is often most useful when Europe is already live, spend is already going out, and the challenge is that the structure, reporting, localisation, or feed setup no longer feels easy to trust or steer. In those cases, the right first step is usually to diagnose where the complexity is actually coming from.
